Shipping and Returns

Can I return an item if I don't like it?

Yes. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

If an item arrives damaged we will ask you to send a photo. 

Please note delivery can take up to 28 days. Please wait until after this time before contacting us about a missing delivery. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Most items qualify for free shipping. Some of the lower priced items have a small shipping and handling charge. Please see the individual product pages for prices.

 

Can I track my item?

Mostly yes, we try to use trackable shipping if at all practical. Please note very low cost items may not have tracking numbers.

 

When will my purchase be delivered?

Usually about 17-21 days after payment, but some very popular items may take up to 28 days. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for any product. If you need an order urgently please contact us before ordering.

If you order multiple items they may arrive separately. This does not incur you extra costs, please contact us if you are concerned your order is not complete.

 

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

If you wish an order shipped to more than one address please place the orders separately.

 

What happens if the item is out of stock?

If we cannot fulfil an order immediately you will be notified within 24 hours of purchase. You will be updated on expected delivery time and offered a refund if you prefer not to wait.
