Can I contact you?

We'd love to hear from you. Email us at bejewelledgecko@gmail.com. If you want to speak to someone in person, please send us your phone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please be aware we are a small family business and can't man the phone 24/7 - thanks for understanding. 

 

Can I return an item if I don't like it?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. For more details please visit our Shipping and Returns page. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Most items qualify for free shipping. Some of the lower priced items have a small shipping and handling charge. Please see the individual product pages for prices.

 

Can I track my item?

Mostly yes, we try to use trackable shipping if at all practical. Please note very low cost items may not have tracking numbers.

 

Can I pay with pay-pal?

Yes. We also accept all major credit cards.

 

When will my purchase be delivered?

Usually about three weeks after ordering, but some very popular items may take longer. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for any product. If you need it urgently please contact us before ordering.

If you order multiple items they may arrive separately.
